Q. Why would we use an outside consulting agency instead of handling our issues internally?A. There are many reasons for using an outside agency. The view from the outside is always better. For larger projects we recommend additional field experts. After we conduct an evaluation of your needs and wants we use a team approach to bring you the best results. Our staff relies on your participation and we communicate efficiently and effectively every step along the way.
Q. Where do you operate?A. Our corporate headquarter is located in Houston, Texas and we currently operate a satellite office in Denver, Colorado. We do provide services nationwide and we are also available to consult on global issues. We provide services and products via four platforms.
1. The bulk of our work is in person. We offer live interactive consulting services at your location. We feel this is essential to successfully tackle difficult tasks because we believe in a total approach.
2. We offer select packaged modules over the Internet that includes comprehensive live broadcast, video instruction and useful curricula.

4. We offer regularly scheduled group training workshops and seminars located in various cities around the nation. This Compass program is custom designed to meet trends in organizational needs.
