Jeff Gaines, MS. Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Jeff Gaines is self defined as an entrepreneurial scholar - practitioner. He understands that there is often no substitute for practical experience. He possesses an uncanny ability to gather the significant information necessary for solving organizational issues.
Early in his professional career Jeff held corporate positions in sales, sales management branch management and regional management. For the last twenty-five years he has owned and operated several successful enterprises covering many different industries; including but not limited to: real estate development, health care, information technology, and sales and marketing.
Jeff completed his undergraduate work in Business Management at the University of Phoenix, and continued his postgraduate work at the Harold Able School of Psychology at Capella.

Marisse Farnos, M.A. PhD.
Marisse Farnos has experience as Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, School Psychologist and Counselor as well as consultant for organizations such as Y.P.O. and Y.E.O. for over 20 years in Mexico City, Mexico. She also co-founded the Center for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and Counseling in Mexico City, Mexico where she served as Vice President as well as Teaching Faculty. Marisse worked in the US as HR Director of Training and Development and Senior Improvement Advisor in Performance Improvement and Quality Improvement Team Effectiveness Consultant at MD Anderson Cancer Center. She is certified as a mediator, facilitator and consultant in Myers-Briggs Personality Inventory as well as in The Birkman Method (Senior Level). She has an expertise in facilitating and training large departments in customer service initiatives using transformational change models, developing and imparting a variety of team leadership workshops for executives and team leaders as well as one-on-one/group coaching for leadership using the Birkman Method Questionnaire.
She is also a certified Yoga instructor and has worked in gyms as well as hospitals in Houston, Tx. She utilizes her clinical background to contribute to the health, well being and stress management of patients, their families and their care providers and staff. Marisse is very dedicated in developing individuals and leaders into bringing more care, compassion and "more heart" as well as work/life balance into the workplace.

Alice M. Gates, Ed.D. Doctor of Educational Psychology
Dr. Gates is a Licensed Psychologist and has over thirty years experience in private practice. Throughout her career she was employed in school districts, hospitals and private practice settings. Dr. Gates specializes in Cognitive Psychology promoting behavior change; and, she now focuses her career on evaluation and assessments of personality and learning styles.
In addition to her private practice Dr. Gates serves as the leading academic advisor and career counselor for Gaines Unlimited, Inc. She received her Doctorate of Educational Psychology from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California.
Angela Fregoso, JD. Attorney at Law
Angela has held executive positions with several startup ventures. She has also worked as an executive in various business platforms including retail, wholesale, multi-level and franchise operations. She now provides business consulting services focusing on the Hispanic community.
Prior to entering into business, Angela had a private legal practice for ten years and she served as a Municipal Court Judge in the Houston area. Angela received her undergraduate degree in communications from Texas A&I and received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center.
Steve Jones, MS. Computer Engineering. Director of Information Technology.
Steve's passion is to help others bridge the gap between technology and business needs through software development. He thrives on fast paced environments holding high expectation toward finding solutions.
Steve's achievements include over ten years in software design and development covering over a dozen different industries. His experience as a software engineer and developer covers several years with NASA at the Johnson Space Center. He also served as lead software developer and systems operations manager for a national background data base company, and he has significant experience as a software development project manager for oil related industry.
Steve completed his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering at Iowa State University and received a Masters of Science degree in computer engineering from the University of Houston.
John N. Rice MBA
John is a proven turnaround expert with finely honed analytical skills necessary for examining the operating issues and implementing viable plans that revitalize under-performing businesses. John is capable of managing multiple projects and is recognized by colleagues for his innovative executive team leadership and development; as well as his strong work ethic.
His seasoned business acumen and the ability to consistently lead businesses to exceed assigned objectives, proves to be a priceless asset for those interested in improving operations and increasing profitability.
John has previously served in several executive management positions including the energy sector and various manufacturing industry. John has over 15 years experience as a successful strategist in the industrial and aero - space industry. He received a B.S in Aerospace Engineering from University of Illinois and his MBA from Duke University, Durham, NC.

J.D Smith, MBA - CPA, Executive Investment Advisor
J. D. Smith began his exemplary executive career from the onset starting as a Captain at West Point Military Academy. J.D went on to hold many business ownership and executive management positions in various industries. J.D. now specializes in providing business valuations and business brokerage services. J.D. received his undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and an MBA from the University of Utah.
